Die Abwicklung mit Europlus Direct läuft problemlos. Garantien können schnell und bequem bestellt werden per Mail. Vor Ablauf einer Garantieerweiterung wird man rechtzeitig informiert, so dass eine weitere Verlängerung eingeleitet werden kann. Auch bei Änderungen der Garantiebedingungen (z. B. Server kommt außer die gewöhnliche Garantieerweiterung) wird man umfassend und gut beraten.

We didn’t notice any issues. Whole process took us some time, but in my opinion it was a result of changes (moving support from IBM to Lenovo). But I didn’t experience any problems. Once again thank you for your huge support in this matter – this is something I’m happy about.
